
Darrick is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CQL Capital. He is responsible for the overall management of the firm and co-leads CQL's investment activities. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Matcon Knappett and a Board Director of Erie Strayer. Previously, he worked at Breakwater Management, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm. Prior to Breakwater, Darrick held positions as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he focused on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and financial sponsors.
He graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with Honors in Business Administration.

Dana is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CQL Capital. He is responsible for the overall management of the firm and currently serves as a Board Director at both Matcon Knappett and Erie Strayer. Dana has over 20 years of experience investing across all asset classes. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at The California Endowment, a Los Angeles-based non-profit. At The California Endowment, he headed all private market investment activities, including private equity, real estate, energy and global asset allocation.
Dana graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he was a student-athlete on the men's baseball team, and received his Masters of Business and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Michael is a Partner at CQL Capital. He co-leads all investment activities and is responsible for origination, due diligence, execution and portfolio management. Michael currently serves as a Board Director at Erie Strayer. Previously, he worked at Breakwater Management, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm, and as an investment banker at Palm Tree, a middle-market boutique investment bank and M&A consulting practice. He began his career as a Quantitative Derivatives Trader at TransMarket Group, a global markets investment firm.
Michael earned his Masters of Business and Administration at the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management with Honors in Finance, and his Bachelor of Science from Villanova University, where he was a student-athlete on the men's lacrosse team, with a dual major in Mathematics and Economics.

Travis is a Strategic Advisor to CQL Capital. He assists in identifying, prioritizing and executing key strategic initiatives at the firm's portfolio companies. He also assists with the firm's origination and due diligence efforts. Prior to CQL, he co-founded a nationwide facilities services company (where he remains as a Strategic Advisor) and also a building products company (which he exited through a private transaction). Travis started his professional career as an investment banker in Los Angeles and has worked at Headwaters MB, Credit Suisse, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette focused primarily on sell-side M&A advisory.
He graduated Cum Laude with Distinction from the University of Colorado Denver.
